Shipping Info
I don't charge handling fees as I often use up-cycled boxes and fillers to package your item. Shipping costs are an estimate based on your location as per the charges of my local carrier. Given that some items are fragile, they require lots of packaging - and they can be heavy, too! This means that - sometimes - they can cost more than you anticipate yo ship. Unfortunately I have no say in the costs of a carrier, but know that I have done all I can be sure that your purchase arrives on time - and in one piece!

Buyer is responsible for any custom fees. UK orders often must pay custom for release of their items. We cannot be held responsible for these dues, nor can we falsify the customs forms.

Breakages
I do my absolute best to pack your items to withstand armageddon, but ceramics are oh so fragile! Sadly accidents can happen once your package has left my hands.

For this reason, I STRONGLY recommend choosing the option of INSURANCE to give you peace of mind knowing that - should something go wrong - you will be reimbursed and a new item made and forwarded to you ASAP.
